1. What TopVyral is
TopVyral is a product discovery platform that curates viral products from TikTok and links to external retailers (Amazon, AliExpress, Temu and others). We are NOT a seller. Any purchase is made directly with the retailer, under their terms and conditions.
2. No warranties on products
We display product information (price, rating, descriptions) sourced from public listings and our own analysis. This information may become outdated. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or quality of the products. Verify all details on the retailer's website before purchasing.
3. Affiliate links
Many links on TopVyral are affiliate links. We may receive a commission from purchases made through those links at no additional cost to you. This does not influence our product selection — see our Affiliate Disclosure.
4. Limitation of liability
TopVyral is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, the accuracy of information, or transactions made with third-party retailers.
5. Modifications

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of TopVyral will be resolved before the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
